How much does a renovation cost? +
The price depends on the condition and size of the flat and on what you want — which is exactly why we always start with a joint site visit to survey it properly. After that you get a clear, itemised quote with a fixed payment schedule agreed up front. There are no surprise invoices with us.
How long does a renovation take? +
We commit to the exact deadline after the survey, once we know the amount of work — and what we commit to, we keep. A flat renovation typically takes a few months, but we always tailor it to the project. The point is this: we hand over your turnkey home on the agreed date.
Do you handle the trades, or do I have to? +
We handle them — that is the whole point. We coordinate the painter, the builder, the tiler, the electrician and every other tradesman: we schedule them, supervise the work and hold them to the standard. You do not have to take time off, chase anyone or stand on site.
How do we start working together? +
